Born in: 1946 in Gersthofen near Augsburg/Germany

Some Highlights


  • 1958 - First contact with country music through AFN Munich
  • 1967 - Establishing the first country & western band in Augsburg/Germany "TEX WARNER & THE COUNTRY BOYS"




  • 1968 - Renaming band to "TEX WARNER & THE WESTERNAIRES" - First Country Performance for German audiences



  • 1969 - First Charity Concert for Kiwanis International - First Press Info in Newspapers



  • 1970 - Traveling throughout the continental USA making first contact with US country personalities in Nashville


  • 1971 - Adding new musicians to the Country Band in Augsburg. Entertaining US Troops in Southern Germany


  • 1973 - First Country Single on Tarantel Records - First tour in Southern Germany for German Clubs - Working GI-Clubs with Jeannie C. Riley, Hank Thompson, Bob Luman and others


  • 1975 - First appearance on German TV (Stuttgart)


  • 1976 - various Country Music Festivals in Germany


  • 1978 - Marlboro Country Music Festival


  • 1979 - Promotional Tour for German Banks in Stuttgart Area
  • 1980 - Marlboro Country Music Festival in Augsburg



  • 1981 - Establishing Record Label TAW-Records - Bringing Country Music the first time to the Augsburg Plärrer (a county Fair) - Production of MC


  • 1984 - Production of MC "It's Country Music Time Vol. 2" - Production of MC "Orange Blossom & Other Specials" starring "The Westernaires" -Production of Single "Alone in A Crowd" - Organizing the "First Augsburger Country Music Concert" with other local Country Acts


  • 1985 - Concert in Lucerne, Switzerland


  • 1986 - Country Music Festival in Austria
  • 1988 - Country Music Show "A Trip Through the USA" at Landsberg Prison using large projection of pictures of the USA complementing the show
  • 1989 - Production of CD "White Cadillac & Country Songs" - Tour with Jerry Rivers (Hank Williams' Fiddler) with Video Projection Show "The Legend Hank Williams"


  • 1990 - Release of the CD "White Cadillac & Country Songs"


  • 1991- Charity Show for "Children with Cancer"
  • 1992 - Multi-Media Country Music Concerts with video projection "Tex Warner in America" and other topics;
  • 1996 - Now - Country Music Concerts - Open Air - Charity Concerts
